- Read installation manual carefully before do Inverter installation.
- 1. User standard ISI marked earthing kit.
- 2. Don’t use wire joint in earthing cable.
- 3. Make 3 no’s earthing pit for AC , DC and LA with 1 meter distance surrounding each earthing pit
- 4. Use earthing chamber for each earthing for maintenance purpose,
- 5. AC earthing wire directly connect with ACDB and inverter body earthing
- 6. DC earthing directly connect with DCDB box and panel stature
- 7. Don't joint AC and DC earthing together
- 8. Earthing cable size use as per given manual instruction,
- 9. Earthing wire connect with proper lugging every earthing wire ends,
- 10. Do spared piping For LA.
- 11. Do minimum 1.50 feet deep earthing digging and proper fill with earthing chemical,
- Point to check In DC wiring:
- 1. Install DCDB With proper rating MCB and SPD.
- 2. Check any loose connection in DCDB before connect DC wire.
- 3. Avoid joint in DC wiring.
- 4. MC4 crimp with proper crimping tool it’s reduced heating and burning issue in MC4.
- 5. Always connect string voltage value in between MPPT voltage range and check current rating of PV models not higher then give inverter specification.
- 6. Use standard Solar cable make don’t use local make,

- Point to check in AC wiring:
- 1. Install ACDB with proper rating MCB and SPD
- 2. Check any loose connection in ACDB before connect AC wire.
- 3. Use copper flexible cable AC wire.
- 4. In load side connect solar AC cable with isolator don’t connect directly
- Do's:
- 1. Proper Sizing: Ensure the on-grid solar inverter is properly sized for your solar PV system. It should match the capacity of your solar panels to maximize energy production and efficiency.
- 2. Professional Installation: Have the on-grid solar inverter installed by a qualified technician or electrician. Proper installation is crucial for safety and optimal performance. Read installation manuals do installation as per instruction given
- 3. Regular Maintenance: Schedule regular maintenance checks to keep the inverter in good condition. This includes cleaning, inspection of connections, and firmware updates if necessary
- 4. Monitoring: Utilize monitoring systems provided by the manufacturer to track the performance of your solar PV system. Monitoring helps detect any issues early on and ensures efficient operation.
- 5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and grid connection requirements when installing and operating the on-grid solar inverter. This includes obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
- Don'ts:
- 1. Overloading: Avoid overloading the on-grid solar inverter beyond its rated capacity. This can lead to overheating, reduced efficiency, and potential damage to the inverter.
- 2. Neglecting Maintenance: Don't neglect regular maintenance checks. Ignoring maintenance can lead to decreased performance and even failure of the on-grid solar inverter.
- 3. Ignoring Warning Signs: Don't ignore any warning signs such as error messages, unusual noises, or abnormal behavior of the inverter. These could indicate underlying issues that need attention.
- 4. Unauthorized Modifications: Avoid making unauthorized modifications to the on-grid solar inverter. This includes attempting DIY repairs or alterations, which can void warranty and compromise safety.
- 5. Unsafe Practices: Don't engage in unsafe practices such as working on the inverter without proper training or using incompatible components. Safety should always be a top priority when dealing with electrical equipment. DON’T disconnect DC and AC connection under running load.
